The Jewish/Philly/Asian fusion thing really works for Chue and its sister Bing Bing Dim Sum. The two locations – Chue in Fishtown and Bing Bing on Passyunk Avenue – both have a fun, funky vibe with food and drink happy-hour specials. Where else can you get Philly Cheesesteak Bao Buns? (Bing Bing):

The menus change seasonally, but there’s always something equally interesting/tasty (and photogenic). Vegetarian options, too – which Tobey gives a thumbs-up.
