This one is definitely off the beaten path – located in a strip mall near the Delaware River. Yes, it’s called Little Sicily Pizza II (and they do beautiful pizzas) and in South Philly, but the real draw is the secret spicy food menu (taped to the glass by the counter).
It’s a fusion of classic Philly + Indian. We had the spicy chicken cheesesteak (minus the mayo, of course) and the masala fries. Spice level = spicy, which had a nice kick. The fresh cilantro on the cheesesteaks made them extra tasty. Next time we want to try the Indian style pizza which looked delicious.
Off Columbus Boulevard, with a parking lot. Eat in, or have a picnic right down the street on the river at Washington Avenue Green (A Pocket Eco-park Along the Delaware – Complete with Beavers, Birds and Lizards).

I love Indian food and pizza, but my reflux is not a fan of spice! I’d probably have to stick to the mild versions, but paneer on pizza sounds pretty good to me!
