Everyone in Philly knows the William Penn statue on top of City Hall – and those of us with a sense of humor enjoy the view from the north side (where his hand resembles a different body part…).

But, have you ever wondered what the statue looks like up close? The art museum has a bronze model of the statue that has stood on top of City Hall since 1894. Penn was quite a fashion statement!
